After we have created and defined the top mailbox for the ACME application, it is time to record the voice menu that instructs the caller to select desired menu choice.
The Vocalist21 Manager includes the Voice Recorder utility that can be used to conviniently record voice prompts. All Vocalist21 voices files are in 8-bit u-law WAVE formats. You can use any sound editing program to edit the voice prompts.
Use the System Settings command in the Vocalist21 Manager Setup menu to configure your sound program as your voice editor. Ensure that you have a sound card capable of playing the u-Law WAVE format.
