Since the third child mailbox, Fax of Directions to ACME, allows the caller to retrieve fax document, we will need to attach fax files to it and create a SendFax Mailbox to configure a 2-call fax-on-demand.
Creating the Fax Document
Now, let's add a fax files to the Fax of Directions to ACME Mailbox. Files in DCX fax format, PCX fax format, or ASCII text file to format are used for fax-on-demand applications. Here, we will demosntrate how to print capture the fax document used in this ACME application. In order to do a print capture, make sure that you have installed the "Print to Fax" print driver.
Creating a SendFax Mailbox
The SendFax funtion takes the selected fax documents and schedules them for delivery via the 2-call method, or send them immediately via the 1-call method. There must be at least one mailbox with the SendFax function in your application if you want it to do fax-on-demand.
There is no problem in creating an application in which the SendFax mailbox is not in the Tree Structure, if you take the caller to Hangup after he has selected faxes.
