The three new child mailboxes that were created earlier have no names or voice functions. In this section, we will assign names and functions to the mailboxes. At the same time, all properties and their respective tones and conditions will be configured.

Configuring the 1st Child Mailbox with the DoTransfer function

In the ACME call flow, as soon as the caller selects '1' in the voice menu, he will be transferred to ACME's company mailbox to leave a message. The function setting for this child mailbox is set to be DoTransfer.

DoTransfer is used to transfer callers to an extension. Most of the transfer settings are set as parameters in the TRANSFER.INI file.

The PlayPrompt function simply plays a voice prompt and continues to the next mailbox.

In this ACME application, the voice menu allows callers to select '2' to listen to a voice prompt for directions information to ACME.

The steps are as follow:

	Select Mailbox2 in the Tree Structure
	In the Properties window, enter Directions to ACME as the mailbox name and PlayPrompt as the mailbox function.
	Enter and record the following voice script in the Voice Recorder: Take Highway 101 South and exit on Wolfe Road heading west. Our building is after the first traffic light.
	Click the Add button in the Tones & Conditions table. Select '~' for Condition and select 'Previous' for GoTo Mailbox. This will loop the caller back to the Welcome to ACME Mailbox after listening to the directions information to ACME.

The SelectFax function allows the caller to select a fax document. There should be one SelectFax mailbox for every document that can be selected. In your application, there should be at least one SendFax mailbox, so that you can configure the fax-on-demand settings.

For this ACME application, the steps are as follow:

	Select Mailbox3 in the Tree Structure
	In the Properties window, enter Fax of directions to ACME for Name and SelectFax as mailbox function.
	Enter and record the following voice script in the Voice Recorder: Thank you. You have selected a fax of the directions to Acme.
	Click the Add button in the Tones & Conditions table. Select '~' for Condition and select ‘Hangup’ for GoTo Mailbox. This will take the call to Hangup after the caller finishes selecting the fax document. Before hanging up on the caller, Vocalist21 will automatically take him to the SendFax mailbox, which you will create later in this section.
