If any of the Digium hardware purchased is faulty, the customer can just bring down the item to our sales office and an exchange will be facilitated promptly.
As a further extension of goodwill, loans of Digium cards can also be arranged at our sales office. This helps to cater to clients who require the Digium cards on an urgent basis to carry out implementation or testing procedures.
